Stronger Together
Coach-led sessions capped at six members, individualized to your body, your history, and your goals — built for adults 40-70+ in Billings.
Meet one-on-one with an Alloy coach for an InBody body composition analysis, a functional movement assessment, and a coach-led training session. We'll review your results, provide personalized recommendations, and answer your questions so you can decide if Alloy is the right fit for you.
How It Works
Meet with one of our coaches to discuss your goals, health history, and training experience.
We complete a functional movement assessment, InBody body composition analysis, and introductory workout — then recommend the membership that's the best fit for you.
Train alongside a small group of people with similar goals, while your coach individualizes every exercise to your body and ability. Most members feel the difference within the first few weeks.
Built for Adults 40+
Most gyms either give you access to equipment or lead large fitness classes where everyone performs the same workout. Alloy is different.
We provide professional coaching in a small-group personal training environment where members train together but are coached as individuals. Your training is personalized to your abilities, limitations, and goals, delivering personal training without the cost of one-on-one sessions.
Our structured programming removes the guesswork. Our coaches know every member by name. We track progress over time and focus on helping adults build strength that improves everyday life, not just performance inside the gym.
Our members don't simply join a gym. They join a coaching relationship.
Four ways to train after 40 — and what each one actually gives you.

What We Do
Personal training in a small group format, where you get the benefits of personalization and accountability like a 1-1 trainer but with the motivation enjoyment and accountability of a group workout. Every workout is led by a professional coach and individualized to each member's fitness level, mobility, injuries, and goals.
Every new member begins with a comprehensive Fitness Consultation, including a functional movement assessment and a discussion of your health history, goals, lifestyle, and training experience.
Exercise is only part of the equation. Our coaches provide practical nutritional guidance to help members support their training, improve body composition, and develop sustainable eating habits.
We use InBody technology to measure much more than body weight. Members receive detailed information about muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat, hydration, and other key health metrics.
Although members train together, every program is customized to the individual. Our coaches continually adjust movements based on each person's goals, fitness level, mobility, injuries, and progress, ensuring every workout remains appropriately challenging and effective regardless of experience.
Every 30 days, we sit down with each member to update their InBody scan, review progress, and refine goals — ensuring your program keeps evolving as you get stronger.

“I have been training at Alloy for about 3 years. It has helped me become the best version of myself healthwise. I love the personal attention, the small group setting, the knowledgeable and supportive trainers, and the variety of strength training exercises. The trainers also provide adaptations to exercises for anyone with issues related to injuries or other health concerns. Joining Alloy has been one of the best decisions I've made in my life!”
“I started with Alloy 7 months ago, and this has been one the best decisions I have made for my health goals. I have really surprised myself with my progress and desire to stick with it. I owe that to the fact that Alloy is not like a traditional gym setting. They offer small group, personalized training. The atmosphere is always fun and positive. The trainers are very encouraging, knowledgeable and always ensure everyone is using proper form and give modifications as needed. It has been great getting to know other members, who are also encouraging and supportive of each other. This is an all around great place, and I look forward to my sessions each week! Thank you Alloy trainers for the great work you do!”
“After my first couple months at Alloy, I've seen more progress and felt more momentum to reach my health goals than I have with any other program. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. I love the relaxed atmosphere of the small groups and I always feel comfortable and welcomed. If you feel any reservations about going to a gym like I used to, this is the place you should be!”
